Year 6 visited the Art Exchange on Friday 10th September to take part in a workshop to create work to be part of the Mela exhibition at the weekend! They learnt about the Phad Chitra and Madhubani styles of painting that originate from parts of India. The children studied examples, were given some tips then had a go at creating their own using paints made from natural resources such as grass and turmeric!
